We’re passionate about delivering high-quality, inspiring courses – and we hope you’re just as excited to begin this journey with us.

Before you book, please take a few minutes to read through these course-specific Terms and Conditions. They’re designed to ensure you’re clear about what’s expected of you, both in your learning and in your financial commitment.

Enrolling in a course with us is an investment—in your future, your skills, and your professional development. It also involves a financial agreement that we ask you to honour in full. We want you to feel confident and committed, so please make sure you’re fully ready to embark on this journey with your hands, head, and heart.

We’ve kept these terms straightforward and easy to digest, because we know reading small print isn’t the most thrilling part of signing up! If anything is unclear, our friendly Jing team is always happy to help. You can reach us Monday to Thursday, 9:30am–5pm, on 01273 628 942.

1-4 day courses

  • Course registration fees are non-refundable.
  • A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a refund minus the registration fee (50% of the course cost).
  • No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to continue payments until the full course fees have been paid.
  • In extenuating circumstances (e.g. bereavement or serious illness), we may offer a course transfer or credit toward another Jing course at the Directors’ discretion. Supporting evidence (e.g. medical documentation) may be required. Refunds are not available in these cases.

A £150 administrative fee applies to move to a different course after registration. Course dates may only be changed once.

  • If you have a genuine illness (e.g. sickness, diarrhoea), please do not attend class. Contact the office on 01273 628942 to let us know.
  • If you miss more than 50% of the course due to illness, you may be offered a transfer or course credit. Refunds are not available.
  • A medical certificate or doctor’s note will be required for any illness-related absences.

Certificate in Advanced Myofascial Release

  • Course registration fees are non-refundable.
  • A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a refund minus the £500 registration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to continue payments until the full course fee has been paid.
  • In extenuating circumstances (e.g. bereavement or serious illness), we may offer a course transfer or credit toward another Jing course at the Directors’ discretion. Supporting evidence (e.g. medical documentation) may be required. Refunds are not available in these cases.

Online Only Fast Track Advanced Clinical Massage CPD

 

  • A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a refund minus £250 for each online module started.
  • After the 14-day period, you are liable for the full course fee of £1600, which includes the two-year subscription.
  • If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to continue payments until the full course fees have been paid.
  •  

A £300 administrative fee applies to move to a different ACMT online track after registration. Course dates may only be changed once.

Online Courses

    • No refunds are available for online courses.
    • Please ensure this is the right course for you before booking. We are happy to answer any questions, the office is staffed by happy Jing people Monday to Thursday, 9:30am–5:00pm.
    • If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to continue payments until the full course fees have been paid.

    Cancellation Policy: The JAMMMM

    • A minimum three-month subscription is required from the signup date.
    • You will retain access to course materials only while your subscription is active. If cancelled, all access will end (similar to services like Netflix or Disney+).

  • You must attend all hands-on sessions.
  • You must complete all online components.
  • All course fees must be paid in full.
  • A non-refundable registration fee of £500 is required at the time of booking. Course dates may only be changed once.
  • Before the Course Starts:

    • Course registration fees are non-refundable.
    • A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking. Please ensure that this is the course you wish to take before committing. Our office is available to answer any questions from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.
    • If you cancel within the 14-day period, you will receive a refund minus the £500 course registration fee and any costs for online modules you have started (£250 per module).
    • After the cooling-off period, you will be liable for the full cost of the online modules (£1500), which includes a two-year subscription.
    • If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to continue payments until the full course fees have been paid.

    Cancellation Policy – After the Course Starts:

    • The course start date is considered to be the date of your first live Zoom session. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
    • If you withdraw after the course has started, you are still liable for the full course cost (£3500) + £250 Pearson Registration fee. 
    • If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to continue payments until the full course fee has been paid.
    • In extenuating circumstances (e.g. bereavement, serious illness), we may offer a transfer to the next course at the Directors’ discretion. Evidence (e.g. medical documentation) may be required. Refunds are not available.

Upgrade from ACMT Online to Full ACMT

  • A non-refundable registration fee of £500 is required at the time of booking.
    • Course registration fees are non-refundable.
    • If you cancel at least 6 weeks before the first set of hands-on dates, you will receive a refund for the upgrade, minus the course registration fee (£500).
    • If you cancel within 6 weeks of the first hands-on dates, you will receive a refund for the upgrade, minus the course registration fee (£500) and one transfer fee (£250) – total £750.
    • If you withdraw after the first hands-on module, you are liable for all course fees.
    • If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to continue payments until the full course fees have been paid.

BTEC Level 6 – Years 2 and 3

  • You are signing up to a two-year, part-time, mixed-media (combining hands-on and online learning) degree-level qualification.
  • The course costs £8500 (£7950 earlybird if booked before 1st December). 
  • You will receive immediate access to all online material and a two-year subscription. The value of the online material is £3000.
  • You must have graduated from the ACMT to be eligible for this course.
  • As a gift, your two-year subscription to the ACMT online courses will restart from sign-up.
  • A non-refundable registration fee of £750 is required at the time of booking. 
  • If you completed your ACMT more than two years ago, you will need to pay an additional £250 fee to be registered with Pearson.
    • Before the Course Starts:

      • Course registration fees are non-refundable.
      • A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking. Please ensure this is the course you want before committing. Our office is available to answer any questions from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.
      • If you cancel within the 14-day period, you will receive a refund, minus the £750 course registration fee.
      • After two weeks, you will be liable for the full cost of the online modules (£3000, including a two-year subscription).
      • If you are on a payment plan, you are obligated to continue payments until the full course fees have been paid.

Missing a Hands-On Date:

  • In the event that you miss any hands-on days, it is your responsibility to catch up on material from your peers. Hands-on days cannot be rescheduled.

Missing Practical Assessments:

  • Missed practical assessments are subject to a £150 fee, unless genuine extenuating circumstances can be proven.
  • You must meet the deadline for all assignments (worksheets, case studies, final research project, etc.).
  • You must submit both a digital copy (via your personal Dropbox folder) and a paper copy.
  • An extenuating circumstances form is available for download from your online course resources and must be submitted before the deadline. Extenuating circumstances may include: death in the immediate family, serious personal injury or medical conditions, serious illness or injury of a child, partner, or close relative, or a severe episode of a pre-existing medical condition.
  • Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and evidence (e.g., medical note) may be required.
  • Failure to submit your written work/assignments may result in your removal from the course.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • Students must be at least 18 years old to enrol in any of our courses.

A £25.00 fee will be charged for a replacement PDF certificate (excludes replacement Pearson certificates).

  • We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming space for all students. All students must adhere to our ethical guidelines, demonstrating kindness, non-judgment, professionalism, respect, and integrity during the course, in all communications with fellow Jing students and staff (both in person and on social media), and throughout their future practice.

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of Jing Advanced Massage Training LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment and welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities, treating everyone with respect, fairness, and dignity.

  • If, due to circumstances beyond Jing Advanced Massage Training LTD’s control, a course must be withdrawn, the company is not responsible or accountable. A new course date or course credit will be offered, but no refunds will be issued.
  • We regularly take photos for our social media platforms, if you are uncomfortable having your picture taken please let your teachers know on day one of your course.
